O2 Ireland trials mobile TV

O2 Ireland is conducting a trial of mobile TV services with 350 users in the Dublin area, writes Telecompaper. It is understood that O2 users will have access to 13 live channels including RTE1, RTE2, TV3, Sky Sports, Sky News, Setanta Sports and The Discovery Channel, as well as interactive music and games channels. The trial uses DVB-H technology and Nokia N92 handsets and will run until the end of August.
