Are Networks, a provider of wireless broadband access in underserved areas of Sweden, has contracted Redline Communications to support its WiMAX network rollout, reports DMeurope.com. Are Networks plans to deliver high speed internet and VoIP services to ‘thousands’ of consumers and businesses in the Jamtland region, the location of the 2007 FIS Alpine World Ski Championship. In addition to deploying Redline’s RedMAX Systems, it has deployed Redline’s RedConnex products to serve as backhaul for its existing wireless broadband network.
