Bosnia approves Telekom Srbija’s acquisition of Telekom Srpske

The Bosnian government has approved Telekom Srbija’s acquisition of 65% of Bosnia’s second largest telecom company, Telekom Srpske for EUR646 million, according to online news service B92. Telekom Srbija offered the highest price for the stake in an international tender that saw Telekom Austria miss out with its bid of EUR467 million.
