URS rolls out Wi-Fi hotspots

Ukrainian Radio Systems (URS), a subsidiary of Russia’s Vimpelcom, has annnounced the deployment of 26 public Wi-Fi hotspots in seven cities in Ukraine. The GSM operator, which uses its parent’s Beeline brand, is offering wireless internet access in Kiev, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lviv, Simferopol and Ivano-Frankivsk.
