TMN goes for Napster

Portugal Telecom’s mobile arm TMN has signed a deal with Ericsson and the US-based file sharing firm Napster which will bring file sharing to cellular users. The Napster Mobile offering gives cellular subscribers access to more than two million full-length music tracks. Ericsson, which helped develop the Napster Mobile platform, is providing a range of personalised content for handsets and is also hosting the Napster service for TMN.
