NCC to review interconnection regulations

28 Sep 2006

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is embarking on a review of the network interconnection legislation and will be consulting with the licensed operators to establish standard terms and conditions on payment, billing, indebtedness and credit management. Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Ernest Nduwke, acknowledged the massive growth in mobile communications in Nigeria and said that the review would benefit customers as operators would all be maintaining the same high standards of service in order to meet priorities set by the Commission.
