KPN Mobile of the Netherlands has selected Huawei Technologies to supply it with a High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) datacard to expand the range of services it can offer to its customers. Using Huawei’s HSDPA card with a standard laptop PCMCIA interface, KPN claims that subscribers will be able to connect to the internet at data speeds of up to 1.8Mbps.
