Elisa 2Q sales beat expectations

25 Jul 2006

Finnish telco Elisa Corporation posted improved second-quarter sales, boosted by strong performance at its mobile unit, and repeated its forecast for better 2006 sales and profits. Elisa’s revenues rose to EUR382 million in the three months ended 30 June 2006, up from EUR336 a year earlier, beating analysts’ estimates.
