Tiscali files claim

6 Jan 2006

Pan-European ISP Tiscali has filed a lawsuit against the Czech Republic’s largest fixed line operator Cesky Telecom, claiming it is owed CZK44 million in unpaid invoices. The claim relates to invoices for dial-up internet interconnection due to be paid between April and September last year, according to a CTK report. Cesky Telecom denies the claim, saying it has proceeded in accordance with Czech Telecoms Office pricing guidelines and Tiscali is demanding a higher fee.
