ICE releases 250,000 new GSM lines

8 Dec 2005

ICE Celular has announced that some 250,000 new GSM lines are now available for subscription. The new lines should go some way to address the shortage in wireless connections and is part of a wider deal between ICE and Ericsson for the provision of 600,000 new lines. A similar number of lines will be made available in January, with the final 100,000 expected to be released in February. As a result of the extension, ICE Celular now has capacity for 1.2 million customers.
