Wana new MVNO?

14 Oct 2005

Two of France Télécom’s Dutch subsidiaries, the ISP Wanadoo NL and cellular operator Orange Netherlands, are teaming up to offer low-cost mobile services. Wanadoo is using capacity on its sister company’s networks to conduct trials of its service, which offers free off-peak calls to landline numbers and tariffs from just EUR4.95 a month. A commercial launch is scheduled for next month. Several firms have already launched similar MVNO offerings in the Dutch market, including Tele2 and debitel.
