Bangladesh drafts national frequency plan

The Government of Bangladesh has finalised a draft ‘national action plan’ to enforce the proper allocation and usage of wireless spectrum. The Bangladesh Telecoms Regulatory Commission says that the paper outlines measures to monitor whether operators are using more than their allotted frequency band, and a system to identify unauthorised spectrum users.
