Saunalahti Group will use Flarion’s Flash-OFDM solution if 450MHz licence bid succeeds

12 May 2005

Finnish service provider Saunalahti Group says it will use Flash-ODFM technology supplied by wireless infrastructure vendor Flarion Technologies if it wins a licence to roll out services in the 450MHz band. Saunalahti is one of seven groups taking part in the beauty contest for regional concessions. It currently operates as an MVNO, leasing capacity from Elisa Corp and TeliaSonera, and also owns its own DSL network.
