The Dutch telco KPN has announced that it has passed the 1.5 million mark for ADSL connections. The company, which has added 119,000 new broadband internet customers since the start of the year, recently announced that it is to upgrade its broadband networks with ADSL2+ technology by the end of the year, allowing telephony, broadband internet and TV services to be carried over the same connection.
