Global Crossing settles with regulators

Three former Global Crossing executives, Thomas Casey, Dan Cohrs and Joseph Perrone, have each agreed to pay USD100,000 fines for their part in the ‘capacity swap’ deals that made the company collapse into bankruptcy. The trio were not however required to admit to any wrongdoing.
