Bell Canada launches consumer VoIP service

Bell Canada has launched a consumer VoIP in three cities in Quebec, after completion of a successful trial of the service in the city of Sherbrooke. Branded Digital Voice, the service is available in three packages based on the unlimited long-distance calling plan: CAD38 for province wide, CAD40 for Canada-wide and CAD45 for unlimited Canada-US calling.
