18 Feb 2005

Japanese cellco NTT DoCoMo has revealed plans to exit its Personal Handy Phone (PHS) operation, to focus on its core cellular business. The company will stop accepting new PHS customers April and says it will gradually withdraw from the service in the next two to three years.
