Perusat looks for foreign IP partner

Peru’s fourth largest long-distance operator Perusat is planning to launch international IP telephony services in March 2005, and is currently seeking strategic partners in Chile and the USA. The company, which has an estimated 3% share of Peru’s outgoing international long-distance market, will invest nearly USD250,000 in the IP project, initially aimed at its corporate customer base.
