KPN looking for VAT refund

KPN has filed a lawsuit against the Dutch government in a bid to reclaim part of its 3G licence fee. The incumbent telco claims that it is owed around EUR120 million to cover the value added tax (VAT) it paid on the concession, though the Ministry of Economic Affairs says that no VAT was originally paid.
