The Dutch arm of France Télécom’s internet services subsidiary Wanadoo has said it had 613,000 customers at the end of June 2004, of which 401,500 were connected to broadband services. The company has been adding an average of 50,000 new broadband customers each quarter since September 2003 and now leads the market ahead of chello (a subsidiary of UnitedGlobalCom) which had 365,800 broadband customers at the end of June, @home (360,000) and Planet Internet (341,000).
