Nokia launches new handsets

14 Jun 2004

Nokia has unveiled five new handsets, including what it claims to be the world’s smallest 3G phone which includes features such as an MP3 player, real time video streaming and a 1.23 megapixel camera. Other models include a new clamshell design, a swivel screen phone and two mass market designs. The company is hoping that the new handsets will address its declining market share, which fell from 34.7% to 28.9% in the twelve months to 31 March 2004.
