Telekom to take total control of Eurotel

Cesky Telekom has agreed to purchase the 49% of mobile operator EuroTel that it does not already own. It will pay AT&T Wireless and Verizon Communications EUR850 million for the stake, having raised the money through three loans arranged by KBC, CSOB, Citigroup, JP Morgan, SanPaolo IMI and HVB.
