Cesky says five candidates for Telsource stake can carry out due diligence

Cesky Telecom has acquiesced to allowing a maximum of five investors interested in acquiring the 27% stake held by the TelSource consortium in the Czech incumbent to conduct due diligence on both the company and its mobile arm Eurotel. The TelSource consortium, which comprises Swisscom and KPN, wants to offload its minority holding via an international offering to financial investors.
