Macau looks to expand free Wi-Fi

The Macau government has launched a final tender for the operation of the state-sponsored ‘Wi-Fi Go’ free wireless access system, as the existing contract is nearing expiry, with the aim of expanding and improving the service (which currently has approximately 150 hotspots); bids are due by 13 August, the telecoms regulator DSRT stated.
