19 Jun 2014

Telecom New Zealand has agreed to pay NZD17 million (USD14.7 million) to acquire cloud computing firm Appserv in a move designed to boost its presence in the country’s business communications sector, NZ City writes. Last year Telecom acquired another cloud computing specialist, Revera, which is focused more on the government and corporate segment. Telecom says the buyout of Auckland-based Appserve should be completed next month.
