Telecom Liechtenstein implements multiscreen IPTV system from Zattoo

19 May 2014

Telecom Liechtenstein has recruited Swiss-based Zattoo to develop and host an end-to-end multiscreen IPTV platform for rollout in the second half of 2014, reports Broadband TV News. The solution includes live TV, catch-up TV, recording and user interfaces for TVs and iOS/Android mobile device operating systems, while Zattoo will also handle life cycle management of IPTV set-top boxes. Telecom Liechtenstein is an established television provider based on DVB-C and IPTV platforms; the technical implementation of its multiscreen IPTV package which was previously managed in-house will now be provided by Zattoo.
