Optimus Clix to cease service on 15 May

13 May 2014

Fixed broadband operator Optimus Clix has announced that it will shut down its operations on 15 May, as a result of its previously announced merger with domestic rival Zon Multimedia. According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, Optimus was merged with Zon Multimedia in August 2013 to form Zon Optimus. Existing customers are not required to migrate to the enlarged company, however, and are invited to discuss migration alternatives with a company representative.
