12 May 2014

Luxembourg-based holding company Altice Group is said to be interested in acquiring assets in Belgium, Reuters reports, citing local news source L’Echo. Among the possible targets for Altice are said to be the likes of cableco Voo and mobile network operators Mobistar and BASE Company (formerly KPN Group Belgium). ‘Separately, Altice is not only eyeing Voo to expand in television and internet, but also Mobistar and BASE,’ L’Echo was cited as saying.
