Ratel gauges interest in 3400MHz-3800MHz spectrum

3 Apr 2014

Serbian telecoms watchdog the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications (Ratel) has invited expressions of interest for licences for broadband wireless access (BWA) or mobile/fixed communication networks (MCFN), including frequencies in the 3400MHz-3600MHz and 3600MHz-3800MHz bands. Prospective buyers have been invited to detail their preferred spectrum blocks and intended technology in their submissions. The regulator has set a deadline of 30 June 2014, following which Ratel will determine how best to allocate the frequencies.
