ER-Telecom sees 2013 revenue increase 37% y-o-y

Perm-based cableco ER-Telecom has announced revenues of RUB19.02 billion (USD523.7 million) for the twelve months ended 31 December 2013, according to the Prime business news agency – an improvement of 37% year-on-year. Of the top-line figure, broadband services accounted for the lion’s share of sales, generating RUB11.58 billion, up 32% on an annualised basis. Meanwhile, EBITDA for 2013 reached RUB5.71 billion, compared to RUB825 million in 2012; as recently as 2011 ER-Telecom posted negative EBITDA of RUB513 million.
