Bulgaria’s CRC and ANRCETI of Moldova sign MoU

Bulgarian telecoms regulator the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) and its Moldovan counterpart, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate cooperation and the exchange of information in relation to electronic communications regulation. According to a joint press release, the main objective of the agreement is to establish a sustainable partnership for cooperation in the regulation and supervision of telecoms activities, in accordance with European Union (EU) legislation, and the respective national legislations of the two countries.
