Four companies keen to snag Kenyan MVNO concessions

The Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) is thought to be examining proposals from no less than four would-be mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), online portal MVNOdynamics.com has reported. The companies that have requested a reseller concession from the watchdog are said to be: mobile payments duo Mobile Pay Ltd and Zioncell Ltd, financial institution Equity Bank (Finserve Africa) and Nakumatt Holdings, which is said to be Kenya’s largest retailer.
