CAT delays MVNO project by six months

24 Feb 2014

Thai state-run telco CAT Telecom says it will delay for six months the enabling of mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) services on its 3G network by companies including 365 Communication, which signed an MVNO partnership with CAT last November. The reason given by CAT for postponing the MVNO project until around August 2014 is that it has not yet installed a necessary pre-paid user billing system, the Bangkok Post reported.
