One in, one out for Czech MVNO segment

The Czech Republic has lost one mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and gained another. ViralMobil, which was launched in August last year with the backing of local celebrities ViralBrothers, has ceased trading, according to a report from Czech news portal IDNES. Meanwhile, betting firm Sazka has unveiled its new SAZKAmobil offering, joining a crowded market which is home to four network operators and some 50 mobile resellers, which between them served 14.23 million subscribers at the end of September 2013, according to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database.
