13 Jan 2014

Kabel Deutschland’s video on demand (VoD) offering, ‘Select Video’, is currently available to over three million households across Germany, and the cableco plans to expand availability of the service to around 50% of all cable homes from the spring. Kabel Deutschland, which last year was bought by Vodafone Group, launched its VoD service in March 2011, offering an extensive library of film and television content. It operates cable networks in 13 federal states in Germany and supplies approximately 8.4 million connected households.
