Mexican businessman accumulates USD21.8m stake in AM as AT&T offloads 250m shares

Mexican businessman and AT&T board member Jaime Chico Pardo has accumulated a USD21.79 million stake in America Movil (AM) Reuters reports, citing a recent regulatory filing. Previously, in late-December 2013 AT&T divested 250 million shares of its stake in AM for USD282 million. The telco’s AT&T International subsidiary sold a number of its L series shares between 3 December and 20 December.
