Croatia’s Pensioner’s Fund (Raiffeisen Obvezni Mirovinski Fond [Raiffeisen OMF]) has become the second largest shareholder in T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT), after it purchased an additional 20,000 shares for HRK3.5 million (USD626,431), Telecompaper writes, citing a statement from the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The purchase lifted the fund’s holding in the telco to 7.63%. A number of other pension funds are shareholders in T-HT, including PBZ Croatia Insurance (1.46%), AZ OMF (1.33%) and Erste Plavi (1.09%). According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, Deutsche Telekom (DT) is the main shareholder in T-HT, with a 51% stake in the telco, whilst the Croatian War Veteran’s Fund holds 7.0%, making it the third largest shareholder, following Raiffeisen OMF’s purchase.
