4G startup Reliance Jio Infocomm, the telecoms arm of petrochemical giant Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has been issued 22 million numbers by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) as the operator gears up for its commercial launch, news portal Zeebiz reports.
