Orange launches 100Mbps broadband

Fixed line incumbent Orange Jordan has announced that it has launched broadband services with theoretical maximum download speeds of up to 100Mbps over VDSL and fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) networks, Zawya reports. The new offerings were revealed by the firm’s CEO Jean-Francois Thomas at a recent press conference, although no details were provided regarding the footprint of the network upgrades. The 80Mbps VDSL offering and 100Mbps FFTH service are both available to residential users as well as corporate and SME customers.
