DT restructures Croatian shareholding

9 Dec 2013

German giant Deutsche Telekom (DT), the majority shareholder of Croatia’s largest telecoms group T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT), has disclosed that on 5 December 2013 it transferred its 51% stake in T-HT to a wholly owned DT group subsidiary, T-Mobile Global Holding Nr. 2. The transfer of shares was executed as a part of an internal group restructuring and does not dilute or otherwise affect DT’s influence in T-HT.
