BlicNet: there’s No Limit

2 Dec 2013

The Bosnian internet service provider (ISP) BlicNet, which is 100%-owned by Slovenian telco Telekom Slovenije, has said it is moving ahead with plans to take over rival operator No Limit Technology which offers services in Sanski Most, Cazin, Bosanska Krupa, Buzim and Velika Kladusa. The two firms signed a letter of intent in September this year and, according to a report from local news agency Indikator.ba, the country’s Council of Competition has now ruled that the merger can go ahead since their combined market share in these four markets will not exceed 40%.
