Macau’s incumbent PSTN operator CTM has selected Comverse and Tata Consultancy Services as partners for a systems upgrade programme aimed at what it calls ‘a business transformation that will redefine the user experience, facilitate monetization and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)’. In particular, the Comverse ‘ONE’ converged billing and active customer management solution, including policy management and enhanced with long-term operational, advisory and managed services is designed to: facilitate consolidation of multiple lines of business and BSS systems to deliver convergent charging, optimised operations and ‘advance CTM’s ambitious growth plans’, according to a press release.
