Belarusian state owned PTO Beltelecom has launched a promotional campaign to boost the number of people taking its byfly-branded broadband service. For the period 15 March to 30 April, the telco is offering all new residential subscribers the opportunity to connect to an ‘unlimited’ byfly data plan with a six-month discount. In the first month of their new plan, the user will qualify for a 5% discount on their bill, rising to the maximum discount of 30% by month six, it said.
