Singapore fixed, broadband and mobile provider StarHub has unveiled a new IPTV service, initially available to commercial/business customers in the city state. From 18 May subscribers will be able to take advantage of StarHub TV on Fibre, which will offer high definition (HD) content and three times as many channels, it says. The operator’s new service will be delivered to offices, pubs and restaurants etc, via Singapore’s Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (NGNBN). As such, StarHub TV on Fibre will be available to current DTT customers and beyond, effectively covering commercial customers all over Singapore, it adds.
