Turkcell Superonline has reportedly acquired 100% of the shares in Deksarnet Telekomunikasyon from its affiliated company Vestel Elektronik. The deal has an enterprise value of USD1.75 million. While little is known about Deksarnet, it is thought to be an infrastructure provider, rather than a customer facing operator.
