The Swedish Post and Telecom Agency (Post & Telestyrelsen, PTS) has issued an injunction, effective immediately, under which incumbent PSTN operator TeliaSonera must lower the price of interconnection in its fixed network to comply with the cost-oriented rate model stipulated by the regulator. The injunction follows a previous PTS order issued on 2 January 2013, which TeliaSonera apparently failed to obey.
