UK-based Anite, a supplier of wireless device testing technology, has announced the signing of a further three-year agreement with Deutsche Telekom (DT) to provide the German telecoms operator with interoperability test solutions. DT has been using Anite’s SAS solution for over five years to analyse issues including dropped calls, non-received calls and network related signalling. SAS creates customised test cases to test new device features prior to launch, enabling DT to reduce time to market, cut costs and improve customer experience. ‘Anite’s SAS offers us a flexible, simple and repeatable method of testing mobile devices and is proven to save us time, resources and money,’ said Dr Ralf Mehlan, VP Terminal Integration and Validation at DT, adding: ‘Anite’s expertise and capabilities in the area of wireless device testing were key contributing factors to the extension of our agreement.’
