Telekom Slovenije has formed a joint venture with European media investment company Antenna Group to operate its Planet TV channel in Slovenia. Planet TV, which launched a full broadcasting schedule in November 2012, will now be 51% owned by Antenna, with Telekom Slovenije’s multimedia subsidiary TSmedia holding 49%.
