Cableco Com Hem has introduced an application for Android and iPhone smartphone users which allows users to receive calls to their fixed home telephone on their mobile phone, amongst other convergence features. The Swedish operator’s ‘Hemtelefon i Mobilen’ downloadable app enables up to five mobile devices to be linked to one fixed phone number, and also allows Com Hem subscribers to benefit from lower call rates via mobile phone over Wi-Fi connections whether at home or away, in Sweden or abroad.
