Vodafone to close or rebrand Crazy John’s retail units

16 Jan 2013

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) is set to close down or rebrand all of the Crazy John’s retail units, as the company continues to focus its investments towards improving its mobile infrastructure. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the mobile network operator will close as many as 40 Crazy John’s outlets, while the remaining 21 are expected to be rebranded under the Vodafone banner. Commenting on the decision, a Vodafone spokeswoman was quoted as saying: ‘By prioritising our spend to improve the network, we’ve had to make some tough decisions … We will continue to support our Crazy John’s customers through our Vodafone stores and dealerships.’
